My SMART Goals

My SMART Health goal:


I eat 5 packets a week


My goal is to eat only 2 packets of chips a week until the end of term 3.


Specific
Eat less packets of chips
Measureable
Try not to eat 2 packet of chips in a week
Achievable
Yes because I can eat fruits instead
Realistic
Yes
Timely
End of term 3
